Delivery : In stock hats will ship within 1 week of receipt of order. Custom hats will ship between 2-4 weeks. Sizes : Head size is standard for women : 22” to 23”; 6 piece minimum

Returns : We take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to our customer’s satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days from receipt. You must call 973-575-9898 to receive a return authorization number and a shipping label will be sent to you. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charge. Returned items must be clean, unworn and sent back in the original box with original hangtags attached. Once inspected a credit will be issued to your account. Orders not returned within the 7 days are not eligible for refund.
